North American Country Music Association International was founded by Peggy Franck and she has remained CEO since its inception.  She has been instrumental in this group of music lovers who wanted to create a space for artists to come together and share their passion for country, gospel and bluegrass music ... with the motto of "Keeping country in country music."  We started with a small community and have grown into a thriving organization with state chapters in 20+ states who send their top talent to our national competition every year in Pigeon Forge, TN.

A leader in the arts and entertainment business, Mr. Orr is the founder and chief executive officer of East Tennessee Concerts, a concert promotion company established in 2017. An expert in the gospel, country, and bluegrass genres, he specializes in offering top-quality, wholesome, enjoyable entertainment that the entire family can enjo

 

A leader in the arts and entertainment business, Mr. Orr is the founder and chief executive officer of East Tennessee Concerts, a concert promotion company established in 2017. An expert in the gospel, country, and bluegrass genres, he specializes in offering top-quality, wholesome, enjoyable entertainment that the entire family can enjoy.

Involved in over 30 concerts annually, Mr. Orr is responsible for their promotion, which includes marketing and advertising. He also conducts venue searches for clients, handles the food and booking accommodations for audiences, and more. Since the establishment of East Tennessee Concerts, Mr. Orr has put together a multitude of legendary performances and sold-out shows. He has also worked with some of the biggest names in the business, including Wynonna Judd, Randy Travis, Ronnie Milsap, and groups like The Oak Ridge Boys, The Bellamy Brothers, Shenandoah and Diamond Rio. In addition to working with well-known music legends, Mr. Orr has been known to promote many up-and-coming artists. Among numerous venues he has contracted with include the Country Tonight Theatre in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, The Princess Theatre in Harriman, Tennessee, and Calhoun's GEM Theatre in Calhoun, Georgia.

Networking extensively, Mr. Orr initially became a concert and music promoter in 2016. Before that, he was a gospel, country, and bluegrass music arranger. Extremely passionate about music, Mr. Orr is eager for the future of his business, providing music lovers with high-quality entertainment that caters to people of all ages. Grateful for his continued success, he truly believes that his career is more than a job, but a calling.

Frequently giving back to society, Mr. Orr has been involved in helping families in need, particularly during the holiday season. He has also been active by establishing gift bags and volunteering at area homeless shelters and a local children's orphanage.

Mr. Orr's hard work and dedication have landed him membership with the Country Music Association, the Academy of Country Music, the Gospel Music Association, the International Entertainment Buyers Association, and the International Bluegrass Music Association. He has also been recognized for his contributions to the industry as the assistant executive director for the North America Country Music Hall of Fame and as the assistant chief executive officer of the North American Country Music Association International. He has partnered with Nashville Spin Gospel Radio and Nashville Spin TV.

As a testament to his success, Mr. Orr was featured in an August 2022 article in the Cross Country USA Magazine, highlighting his success as a concert promoter.

Fueled by a lifelong passion for country music, Scott Sexton began his writing career at just 19, contributing to a variety of country music blogs and outlets such as CountryMusicReport.com, CountryMusic.About.com, and Today’s Country Magazine. Fueled by a lifelong passion for country music, Scott Sexton began his writing career at just 19, contributing to a variety of country music blogs and outlets such as CountryMusicReport.com, CountryMusic.About.com, and Today’s Country Magazine. During this time, he conducted interviews with notable artists including Trisha Yearwood, Marty Stuart, Chuck Wicks, Jo Dee Messina, and Steve Wariner. His deep appreciation for the genre’s rich history led him to represent Grand Ole Opry legend Jack Greene for seven years, until Greene’s passing in 2013.

In 2014, Scott founded Country For A Cause, a charitable organization that partners annually with Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt. To date, it has raised over $220,000 for pediatric care. In 2024, he was named Vice President of Publicity at 2911 Media, where he has been a key team member since 2018. Over the years, Scott has represented a diverse roster of artists spanning multiple generations and genres, including The Oak Ridge Boys, Charley Pride, Lee Greenwood, Andrew Farriss (of INXS), T.G. Sheppard, Crystal Gayle, Rhonda Vincent, T. Graham Brown, Don McLean, Janie Fricke, Lacy J. Bev Moser, a well-respected music industry professional for over 30 years who has been involved and worked with many of Nashville’s well-known artists and events. Her firm, B! Noticed Public Relations & Artist Management, offers a wide range of professional public relations services that enable her to create an individual package that best suits the needs of clients, identifying each client's specific needs to connect with their target audience. Her goal in business is to help clients promote a successful future. 

Her current roster includes Grand Ole Opry member Jeannie Seely, Grammy Winning artist David Ball, Kentucky Music Hall of Fame member Exile, as well as Nashville Songwriter Hall of Fame member Kent Blazy, Buddy Jewell, E! Entertainment’s Megan Alexander, Allie Colleen, and other artists and entities including recording labels Country Rewind Records and Hindsight Records.

In 2019, Ms. Moser gathered together more than 28 Major Label artists from the 90s to participate in a fundraising effort to raise awareness for the American Cancer Society and benefit Music Health Alliance and Grammy-winning artist John Berry, who was diagnosed with throat cancer. The benefit exceeded $ 350 K. She has also worked vigorously with Grammy-winning and 57-year member of the Grand Ole Opry, Jeannie Seely, in producing shows such as the Dottie West Birthday Bash and Santa Paws to benefit the musicians' union as well as local humane and animal shelters over the last five years.  

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Bev Moser has been a key speaker for the music industry and continued education sessions, interviewed for her success as a sole proprietor and small business owner, and participated as a professional businesswoman on panels for the music industry. She serves on the Nashville Chamber Music Industry Advisory Group. She is a member of SOURCE, Country Music Association (CMA), Academy of Country Music (ACM), Americana Music Association (AMA), Gospel Music Association (GMA), and International Entertainment Buyers Assn (IEBA), Nashville Association of Talent Directors (NATD), served on the Advisory Board at NOSSI College of Art and currently a board member of the Country Music Hall of Fame International and a has been on the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame Planning Committee since 2007. She is also a Nashville, Donelson-Hermitage, and Mount Juliet Chamber of Commerce member. Ms. Moser was the proud recipient of many distinguished accolades during her role of Co-Chair for the Northeast Nebraska Relay For Life; was recognized as an outstanding active member and role model by the Norfolk Jaycees (Jr Chamber of Commerce) and continues to this day to be on the Board of Directors for the Wilson Central Quarterback Club and very involved in her community and support of youth sports activities.

Moser honed her journalism and production management skills while representing online country music and social media outlet Digital Rodeo for nearly ten years. During her tenure, she grew the firm from an online news site to producing and promoting monthly artist showcases and a very successful week-long live multi-artist stage performance show during one of Nashville's prominent festivals.

She is an energetic entrepreneur who continues to own and operate Moments by Moser Photography, an entity she started after moving to Nashville in 2000. She was one of a select few elite professionals to be called upon for major industry high-profile events and artists. Before relocating to Music City, she worked as an on-air radio personality and morning co-host for US92 in Nebraska for several years.

Throughout her career, Ms. Moser has worked with a variety of music artists from all genres, including those at the beginning of their career to music icons, Hall-of-Fame inductees, and Grand Ole Opry members, television and movie actors, NFL, NHL, and MLB athletes, celebrities, book authors and many more.

Roxane produced the television shows Opry Backstage and Opry Live from the Grand Ole Opry; as well as, traveling the world discovering new talent and exploring mega-concert events for the TV series Wrap Around Nashville. She also mastered an eight year run as producer for Bill Anderson Visits With The Legends for Sirius-XM where she worked alongside music A-Listers who included Dolly Parton, The Oak Ridge Boys, Vince Gill, Garth Brooks, Willie Nelson, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood and Taylor Swift.

A former television news anchor on KTVT in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Roxane's additional credits include author, radio air personality, emcee, keynote speaker, television talk show host, recorded songwriter, segment producer for NPT's Tennessee Crossroads, writer for the Inspirational Country Music Awards; as well as, contributor/producer for the CMA Awards, Pentagon Channel, various CBS specials and Time Life.

Roxane currently serves on the board of Country For A Cause and has raised thousands of dollars for the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt. As co-chair of Nashville's annual Dottie West Birthday Bash, she raised substantial donations for the AFM's Emergency Relief Fund for musicians in need.

Originally from Hammond, Louisiana, Roxane is married to 38 year Grand Ole Opry veteran Tim Atwood. She is the mother of two sons and the grandmother of eight beautiful grandchildren—seven girls and one boy.

Rhonda Parish is the Director of Liturgy and Music at St. Martha Catholic Church in Murrieta, CA and serves as Vice President for the West Coast Country Music Association, and Secretary for NACMAI.  She has provided individual music instruction teaching voice, piano and flute in the Temecula Valley for over 20 years and owns RPM Studios
